My name is Mari Medina and I am a successful Realtor® with a current practice in California. My passion has been and always will be helping people. The recent changes in our market have presented new challenges and has created a huge need - now more than ever people need help. The statistics continue to be staggering: 7 out of 10 people who go through foreclosure never have a visible sign of intervention. A little more about me… I partner with my husband and together we have helped many clients buy and sell residential properties. My background in real estate finance has proven very valuable in my current practice and has allowed me to specialize in working with short sale and bank owned properties. This knowledge of how banks and lending laws work is a vital necessity for the current market. I am a Certified Distressed Property Expert, certified Platinum REO Trans agent, as well as a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and the Sacramento Association of Realtors.

On a personal level, I’m a mother who strives for work-life balance. I guess you could also call me a “Mompreneur,” a mother entrepreneur.
